Why Men Rarely Talk About Pain

We grow up learning that pain is weakness, that real men swallow it and keep walking. So we do. Until one day it leaks out as anger, silence, or a drink too many.
Men don’t talk because no one taught us how. But pain doesn’t disappear when ignored — it rots quietly inside. Talking isn’t weakness; it’s maintenance. The engine still runs better when you change the oil.
